High Court at Calcutta Short Details of Notification

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026):

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have 1st Class in MCA OR M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) OR B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Science) from a recognized University/Institution.

Skills Required:

• Software design & development
• Documentation & implementation
• Problem-solving and technical analysis

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in PHP with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Mobile app development (Java/Kotlin/Swift).
• Experience in Frontend technologies (Node.js etc.).

• Prepare your application on legal-size paper (8.5″ x 14″).
• Include the following details: Full Name (Capital letters), Date of Birth, Complete Address (with PIN), Contact details (Mobile No., Email ID), Educational Qualifications, and Work Experience details.
• Attach a recent passport-size photograph (signed across) and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates (educational, experience, age proof etc.).
• Enclose the Application Fee of ₹600/- via Indian Postal Order (IPO) only. The IPO should be drawn in favor of "Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta" and payable at G.P.O., Kolkata. Ensure the IPO is purchased after 16 April 2026.
• Also, include a self-addressed envelope of size 25cm × 11cm with a ₹60/- postage stamp affixed.
• Place all documents, IPO, and self-addressed envelope into a single sealed envelope.
• Clearly super-scribe on the top of the envelope: “Application for the post of Software Developer”.
• Send the completed application to the address mentioned in the Important Links section before the last date.
